We're considering buying an MX492. We have 4 Chromebooks belong to 4 different family members, all with different Google accounts. By reading the user's manual, it appears to me only one Google account can register the printer, and if another account wants to use it, we have to deregister and reregister each time. Is this correct?

Hi mom22gr8grlz,
The MX492 can only be registered with one Google account. With that being said, there are settings within Google Cloud Print that may allow you to share printer access to a group. Since the permissions are created through Google, I would recommend you contact Google and they will be able to advise you on how to share permissions with Cloud Print.
