Pixma922

Just purchased PIXM 922 and completed the setup.

 

Attached perfectly to my home wireless network.  All scanning functions work just fine.

 

Printer is printing using only the PGBK ink cartridge.

 

I've loaded ALL the appropriate color cartridges, and each has the Red lamp "ON".

 

I've emailed the support center since they have no weekend phone support.

 

The return email suggested I run the deep clean maintenance function and send them the results page.

 

The results page had output for only the PGBK cartridge.  I plan to call tomorrow night, but I was hoping someone on this community board could point me to a setting to resolve.

 

It appears, other than the lamps RED, the printer is not recognizing the color ink cartridges?

 

Apologies for the lengthy post, just trying to supply as much pertinent info as possible.
