When we try to take a video, the screen shakes (jumps) while taking the video, also shakes in playback. We hit the movie button, it starts and press it to stop. Is there some setting we are missing or are we using the wrong button Thank you
You might experiment with turning the IS (image stabilization) on or off. If you're shooting with the camera mounted on a tripod you should definitely turn off the IS.
