purple lines when shaken

I'm am having a problem where when you shake the g7x mark ii it shows purple lines and when you review the footage the lines are there. and images can not be taken if you try it will immediately turn off and you try to view the photo it is not there or it is corrupted. can some one please help me. here's a picture

When shaken..  not stirred.

You are using a full size memory card correct?

That doesn't sound good.  Test with a different memory card formatted in the camera.  If shaking causes the problem, the camera will need service.
