I followed the directions in the manual to set up wifi picture transfers to my iphone and it was a success. I am trying to connect to my MacBook and am having 2 issues. 1- There isnt a "download" for camera window available on the canon website. I found what I believe is the correct software through a google search and downloaded but it continues to say that no camera is found. 2- When trying to connect camera to Macbook, the camera message also says device not found.
Is it the software that I am trying to use that is the issue? Or is it an issue with the camera? Not sure what to troubleshoot.
