After multiple attempts to troubleshoot my Canon PowerShot SX130 IS camera, I am still facing issues. Despite replacing the main battery with a new King-Crown battery, the camera continues to display a "check the batteries" message. I have ensured that the battery compartment is securely closed and have tried resetting the camera multiple times. Additionally, I located and replaced the internal clock battery (CR1220) with a new one. Unfortunately, the problem persists. Given the extensive steps I've taken without success, I believe it might be necessary to seek professional assistance from Canon support.

Greetings,
Unfortunately, due to age (14 yrs old) this model has been retired. It is no longer serviceable by Canon. This could be due in large to lack of parts availability. Disassembly and repair might also exceed the cost to replace the device. Canon has a upgrade program for customers whose products cannot be serviced or are no longer supported due to hardware or technology. You can contact a Canon upgrade specialist at the following number 1-866-443-8002. The program offers a small discount and free shipping on a new product purchase.

Idk where, when, why this was bought because it was randomly on my storage room. with help of copilot, I have successfully failed my mission as I was going to use the camera on Christmas party.
