I have downloaded pixs from this camera for a year. All of a sudden it will not work. I cannot use ImageBrowser EX as I have Windows 10. CameraWidow does not work and does not recognize the camera when plugged in. I have uninstalled, re installed, rebooted until I am blue in the face. Any idas on how to get my pixs off the camera anyone? Thank you.

Buy a "Card Reader" they are the answer to a lot of software issues, bad cable connections etc & are inexpensive.
