I just purchased a Canon a4000 and the videos will not upload to Picasa. Pics will but not video

I have owned several Canon's and have never had  this issue.  I attach my camera to the computer using a USB cable and hit import and everything but the videos will upload.  Please help.  Thank you.

PowerShot S60 problem

My Powershot S60 pictures have horizontal bars and a purple hue. The display looks fine until the picture is taken. Videos look fine too. Anyone know whats wrong?

Have Cannon S5IS camera. Flash doesn't work. There is nothing on menus where I can turn it on.

Focus adjustment

How do I get my model 720IS to focus on small text on the back of a spoon? In manual focus mode the sharpest focus is at the low end of the range, but it "should" be sharper.

How do I put the lens cap ring back on in a PowerShot SD1100 IS camera lens.

I have a canon power shot sd 550 camera and have no instructional manual. I need help how to use it
