Hi! I tried to download the software for the first time, but I can't do it. In the link there is information to update the software, but I have not yet managed to download the first version.  Will there be someone who can help me?

Not sure what you mean by download the first version. If you go to the link mentioned above, go to Downloads then Software & Drivers. Select the Windows or Mac file PowerShot SX530 HS Firmware Update, Version 1.1.0.0 and check "I agree to the Terms and Conditions". Then click on the Download button. Then type in the serial number of your camera. The firmware file will then download to your computer. Open the file and you will see the directions to install the firmware to your camera.
