I had no issues with Windows 7, but bought a new Dell laptop and it will not connect with W10. I have no issues connecting to my Samsung Galaxy S7. Here is what happens with laptop. Camera finds Laptop, I click on "laptop" and it says "connecting" indefinitely. I go to "network" on laptop which sees the SX710, but when I click on the camera icon, it tries to go to an IP address. If I right click it wants to know if I want to go to the Canon webpage or see properties and those are the only options. I am stumped. And I find many others having connection issues in Windows 10 as well. So, I'm guessing it's a Windows 10 problem?????
