SX600 WiFi connection problem

  Is there a problem with the WiFi function on the SX600 HS? I can't seem to download photos to my iPhone SE.

  tThere is no phone support for this camera. Canon has apparently disabled the Wi-Fi function rendering my four-year old camera useless. I need a workaround whatever that might be.
