My Powershot SX60: Sometimes when I extend the lens it jitters (no it's not me!). It's like it's having a seizure! Once it even extended but the focus was no different that when the lens was not zoomed. What could be wrong?

Thats not good if it is under warranty call Canon and get service request started immediatly !
You can try a restet to defaults but I think you have an internal problem
