If you google "Do-it-yourself webcam - PC Magazine", there is a quick description of what you need to do to use any digital camera for webcam. If your computer doesn't have a video input, you can buy an inexpensive USB capture device that allows you to hook up the camera to the laptop.

it already has cable connected to USB on computer can I use it or i must buy cable AV and then converter from AV to USB?!!

I don't think you can just use the USB cable that came with the camera. That is for digital output, not video output. That is why the A/V cable is used as it can send the audio and video to the computer. The USB can only transfer the video and image files.
