PowerShot SX740 HS How to download movie digest files onto phone

PLEASE HELP!!! How do I download my movie digest files onto my phone? I can watch them on my camera (Powershot SX740 HS) just fine, but when I download them it is just a still photo. How do I download them to where it is the video I am seeing on my camera. Someone PLEASE help me I have been scouring through the internet for over 2 hours, went back and forth with the online canon bot multiple times, and I have looked through both my physical manual that came with the camera, and the two online manuals that have been posted by canon for my model, and there is NOTHING on how to download them. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your digest files. The PowerShot SX740 HS is only able to transfer photo files to a smartphone. So that would be why you are only getting the single photo when you try to import them to your phone. For video and digest files from this camera we recommend transferring them to your computer.
