Hello, I need help with my SX710 HS.
I use the Camera Connect app to transfer photos from camera to cell phone, and it has always worked well for me.
But until recently, the camera disconnected from Wifi and no longer wants to reconnect to the network. When I try to connect to my home Wifi, I get "Incorrect Password", which is a lie because I haven't changed it and it works fine on other devices. I type it as I use it on other devices and it still doesn't work.
I don't understand why that happened. It just doesn't want to connect to the network. I need help please.

Hello Kanda,
I would suggest resetting the camera wireless settings back to factory defaults to start with. You can do this in the Tools (wrench/hammer) menu after selecting Wi-Fi Settings. You will then see Reset Settings. You can now re-establish the connection from scratch. I have attached a link to the manual HERE for your reference. The Wi-Fi Functions section starts on page 106.
