PowerShot G7 X Mark III and Mark II Time stamp error

Whenever I transfer my photos from my G7x (mark 3 and mark 2) to my iPhone using the CameraConnect app, the photos have the correct time stamp but all my videos have the time stamp from my transfer time. Is there anyway to correct this?

Thanks for checking in with us.

Check to make sure that the camera's date is set to military time. Then try shooting a new video as a test.
Once the videos have been transferred, you can then navigate to the location where the videos are, hold CONTROL and click in an empty area and then select SORT BY - DATE CREATED.

Hi. The video time stamp is fine on camera. Once it ends up on my phone, the original date and time are replaced with the current date and time. My phone auto sorts all my photos and videos by time stamp. All the photos have the correct time but all the videos do not.
