PowerShot A2200 Memory Card Error

Hello,

I have the same problem with my 'Powershot A2200 HD' it uses a sd and it also says 'Memory card error' the sd cant be emty because I just bought it and I tried looking in the card slot but there is nothing there including dust, do you have any advise

Make sure it is a brand name full size card, not a micro card with adapter.

You can get a card reader and see if you can read it/format it on a PC. Your computer might have one.
