PowerShot G7 X Mark III 4GB+ Transfer

Hi there, I shot two 4GB+ videos with my PowerShot G7 X Mark III and am having trouble transferring them to my computer. There is a possibility the memory card was formatted incorrectly but my computer is formatted as NTFS. The files play back correctly on the camera but show as 0 Bytes on the computer and cannot be played back as is talked about in this article https://www.winxdvd.com/video-transcoder/cant-transfer-canon-video-to-computer.htm .

Any ideas for a fix? I need the video for work.

Does your computer have a card reader built in? If not, it would recommend getting a card reader (they are quite inexpensive) as they provide the best way to transfer footage (will just be copying files from one location to another).
