I have a Cannon Power Shot 360 HS, the bluetooth button where I would then just connect it to my phone and get my images imported all of the sudden stopped working. I have tried resetting the camera, the wifi, looking up all troubleshooting tips and nothing seems to work. Every time I go to add a new device to set up my phone it will give me an error message and automatically shut off. Someone please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues using the Wi-Fi connection on your camera. If you are getting an error when just trying to add your phone during the wireless setup process, then the camera may need to be serviced unfortunately. I would suggest giving our phone support a call first for more real-time troubleshooting.
