Hello! I have a canon powershot elph 330 hs. I’ve been using this camera for a few months now that I’m in college, I love to take pictures with my friends. Last night we went to a dance And took some super great pics. This morning I’ve been trying to upload them. On my camera it says “unidentified image” but whales the image. When I try to upload them to my phone or computer the image is just a solid color or 3 pixels of the image. I really want these pictures. Please help me.

Hello Ameliaalbright,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting your images. The unidentified image message typically means that the image may be corrupted unfortunately. If you did not format the card after trying to download the images, they should still be on the card. You may need to look into using some sort of recovery software to try and recover the files. Canon does not make any recovery software, but a simple Google search will pull up plenty of options, some of which you can use at home on your computer yourself.
