Hello, Canon Community! I have an issue with my Canon PowerShot A2400 IS. When I record my video, the recording ends after about 15 seconds, even though I have enough recording time. When the recording is stopped, it takes a very, very long time to load back to the screen. The same thing happens to me when I remove my video, but not as longer as the former. I tried removing useless videos, reset my camera to factory defaults, or remove the battery or SD card, and then put it back in, but none of these work. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hello DiggaDigga2010,
It sounds like it could be an issue with the memory card. Have you tried formatting the card in the camera? When the card is formatted, all images and data on the card will be erased. Even protected images will be erased, so make sure there is nothing you need to keep. If necessary, transfer the images and data to a computer, etc., before formatting the card. You will find [Format] in the yellow tools menu tab. If that doesn't seem to resolve the issue, then try a different memory card.

I got a new memory card, and everything seems normal again.
