My Powershot SX430 IS Zoom pictures were all white and unfocused lens

I have had this issue for weeks now and I'm getting worried whenever I use to zoom the pictures outdoors where all white and blurry. Also, another issue is that when I shoot in a dark or closed room the outcome will be blurry and look like a long shutter. There is no focus on all subjects I took pictures with.

I would first reset the camera's settings.  See page 109 of the User Manual.   If that doesn't resolve the issue, the camera will likely need to be repaired.
