So i was on the canon connect app trying to import photos via bluetooth on my phone, & accidentally clicked delete instead of import & deleted so many pictures. I haven’t taken any more pictures, or messed with my camera at all. I took the card out of the camera, picking up SD reader now. Everything i see online says i need to use the SD reader & a software, but im on vacation & don’t have my laptop & trying to get these images asap. Is there an iphone app i can use to recover the images from the SD card? How is there no trash bin on the canon powershot g7x mark iii 😭

Hello madisonleighco,
Canon does not make any recovery software unfortunately. You can do an internet search, like Google, Yahoo, or Bing for image recovery software. You may also want to check Apple's website to see if they have something available for the iPhone. You would want to use a card reader to try to recover any files from the memory card. It would not work in the camera.
