Hello. New guy here. I am looking for a part for the PowerShot SX 130 is. The coin battery holder that slides into the side of the body. I have tried e-bay but sellers only wanted to sell the entire camera for unreasonable amount of money. Tried Canon, but they state the camera is too old and no parts available. Great camera, operates beautifully but it is a hassle to search for images I down load. I found a tip to wrap the battery in tin foil and insert into the housing. I dunno about that one. So any clues where else I can search for this elusive part. Many thanks in advance.
Thank you for reply. I unsuccessfully tried that with eBay, but the costs are unrealistic. I am hoping someone may know of a site, store, a guy, who is selling just parts.
