What software do you use?

I use Paint software for doing that you can reduce it by pixel size or percentage and it's a simple program nothing fancy or complicated

If necessary, you can also downsize your images in-camera after shooting at full resolution. Check the manual below...

I mighht have also mentioned to make sure you save your downsized images as copies. You probably don't want to overwrite the full size originals.
