Connecting SX40 HS to pc for video streaming

Can I connect Canon SX40 HS to DVB capture card for video streaming ?

This camera can share live camera ?

Exactly, it's definitely a strange set up but in my case I needed a streaming camera and had this one, so I checked the manual and it said that you can use a TV as a monitor using the mini USB to av.
