I have a Canon PowerShot SX720 HS that will not connect to my computer any longer. I have Windows 10. I even tried deleting my computer from the camera and reentering but it searches and comes back with "connection failed". Until yesterday, it had no issue connecting. Any help is appreciated.

Is there any chance that Win10 or some other software has auto-updated in the last day or two?

Are you using a USB charging cable instead of a full USB data cable?

It is possible as I found my computer had rebooted the other day. What might I check, that could have changed, to cause this?

You might consider doing a System Restore which will return Win10 settings to a point prior to any recent updates. If your camera connects properly after doing so it points to the software update(s) as being the most likely suspect(s).
