Did you install the Canon Connect software on your Note ? How are you trying to connect, meaning NFC, wireless or the button thing. Only 1 smartphone can be assigned to that button otherwise you should be avle to add your device.
That is an awesome camera !!! It is pretty powerful with many different features to learn too...get friendly with your user manual 🙂
