Canon PowerShot G7X Mark III missing the battery icon

Hi,

I recently buy a Canon G7 X MK3, but I noticed that it's missing the battery icon.

I tried to press the INFO button a couple times, but didn't work.

Is there a way to show this icon?

The camera is already running the firmware 1.3.2

Hi, I already did this reset and didn't work 😞

As I mentioned I suspect it could be something related with the battery pins. I should be able to check later.

About the order... I'm actually from Brazil, and I receive this camera as a gift from my wife. According to her... she bought the camera from Aliexpress, from a store called "LS Photography Store" during this Black Friday. She tolds that they have a physical store too on China. (What confort me, is the fact the rest of the camera works as expected)

Luckly I discovered that the Brazilian assistece was in the same building that I work 😅.

They told me that have a change that the battery is not original (they used a card to check the holographic label)

I'll try to order an battery from their website to check it.

Looking at both of those batteries and they don't look the same as the genuine NB-13L that was included with my PowerShot G7X (Mark I). I purchased my camera from the Canon online store in Europe.

To me it is very unusual to see Panasonic name on the side of a Canon battery, even if Panasonic would be the supplier of the batteries to Canon it's unusual to see them mentioned. Also the URL to the Bureau of Indian Standards is missing on the Canon batteries I have.
