Printer is a Pixma IX 6820 , its printing horizontal lines. I've tried deep cleaning and it doesn't work. please help!
Trying to stay up on orders from customers, need a quick solution.

Hello.
The banding may be related to the paper that is being used. Try using a different type of paper to narrow down the cause of the issue.
If photo paper is being used, ensure that the correct media type is being selected before printing.
