cannon MF8500C class printer
printing labels. First one looked good, then they all became increasingly smeared. Image attached. I used the thicker paper setting.
Question: How can I avoid this? Is the printer messed up now?
Best regards,
Matthew

Hi littleplankton.
I will be glad to assist you.
I have just a few more questions. Is the paper a glossy paper? What is the weight of the label paper? And finally, were you able to choose the [Labels] paper type in the paper settings on the MF8580Cdw?
I look forward to your reply. Should you need immediate assistance, please contact us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666).
