I down loaded the network scan gear driver for the IR5000 and I cannot un zip it. Can someone help with this?

Why cant you provide me with the updated drivers to run network scangear on windows 7 64 bit machines. ? Does the dealer have those?

You can use the 32 bit version of Network ScanGear on a 64 bit Windows7:

Thank you, I had to go to a dealer and they recommended the same thing. I was able to get it to work through the clip organizer in Word. Did not work though the Fax and Scan. Thanks again
