Cannon IJ Network Scan Utility is in my " add/ remove programs", but date installed is the only thing filled; publisher, size, and version are blank. I can't access it, or do anything. Please help. Thanx

GOT IT!
go to cannon.com/cusa/home
support
drivers/downloads
enter model and choose from dropdown
forget what is in your face (recommended download), and look for the four boxes, side by side. First is downloads, NEXT IS SOFTWARE; CLICK.
go down to MP Navagator and get er done!
