My new mx922 printer doesn't print. Everytime it shows that the printer is in an error status, not responding. How to fix it?

Did you able to figure out how to fix this error. My printer is 2yrs old. I start having this problem a few days. So far I have not been able to fix it. thanks

Hello.

 

Check to make sure that your computer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.  

 

Also, try power cycling the printer and restarting your computer to see if this helps.
