I've had this printer for about a year now and i have an issue.
The printer keeps stating that there is a paper jam. I have removed and restarted the printer several times with no luck. inspected all drawers and double checked the whole printer, short of disassembling the actual printer with no luck. Has anyone encountered this issue and what outcome did you have?

If you are still getting a paper jam error after removing the paper, you can try reseating the toner using the steps in the link provided HERE. If reloading the toner does not resolve the issue or if you do not locate and torn/jammed paper in the process, it looks like the printer needs service.
