WE have a Canon MF743Cdw printer, it continues to get a paper jam, could we be using the wrong paper? What brand of paper and weight should we be using ?

The MF743Cdw uses plain 16 lb. Bond to 53 lb. Bond paper ( 60 to 200 g/m2). We would be happy to assist with the issue.
