I recently replaced the toner cartridges for my mf644cdw. Since then the printer will only kick out blank pages when I print to it or try to make copies. I have updated the firmware of the printer and on my computer. I am at a loss as to what is going on. When the printer ran out of toner it did sit idle for a few months, i ran through the cleaning cycles i found in the maintenance tab.
Nothing I have tried is correcting the issue. Is there something I am missing? Please help

Are the replacement toners Canon brand or 3rd party?
What OS are you using the printer with, build and version? Can you print a test page?

Thanks for the reply......The toners are Canon Brand, Windows 10 Home edition 64bit. The test print comes out blank and when I try to copy directly from the printer it also comes out blanks.
