Hello,
My printer (mf4890dw) randomly makes sounds like it is rebooting or about to print a new document.
These sounds happen every 5-10 mins and last for 2-3 seconds.
I updated printer's firmware, re-installed software and drivers. Doesn't seem to help.
Please advise.
Thanks!

Hello drhope,
I understand your imageCLASS MF4890dw randomly makes sounds like it is rebooting or about to print a new document. If your MF4890dw is being used via your network, your router could be sending signals to the printer which is causing the printer to make these sounds. Are you using your MF4890dw via your network? If so, are you wirelessly connecting your printer to your router or are you using an Ethernet (LAN) cable?
