So that the Community can help you better, we need to know your printer's exactly model number. If you bought it in the United States, it's most likely either the imageCLASS MF4880dw or the imageCLASS MF4890dw. We also need to know exactly which version of macOS is running on your Apple computer and whether your printer and your computer talk to each other via a cable or via Wi-Fi. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
