We bought new computers with Windows 11. We are able to print from our computer. However, we can't send anything to the scanner or use the FAX. I am NOT tech. saavy! I need someone to talk me through the steps to make these features work. However, apparently my printer is "to outdated" to allow for me to talk to someone. I am NOT impressed! In the future, I will NOT be purchasing a system from a company that won't stand by all of their products for the duration of the product!

There is a special driver you need to download that is in the download section. I would download it and install it to each computer you are using with the printer. Its the patch download at the bottom for scanning. Also I would update your firmware on the printer itself.
