I puchased Y and C OEM printer cartridges at the same time about a month ago and printer was working fine until a couple of days ago. When I printed a document with black and gray text, document text color output was red/orange. I reseated all 4 cartridges (in same slots) and shook each one. No change. I then attempted a Color Correction Mismatch. No change. Then Auto Adjust Gradation . No change. In both instances the dialoge screen said "Cannot perform correction". I checked paper type and setting, but no issues there. The C, M cartridges are at 90% usage, Y at 80% usage and B at 50%. Would appreciate any ideas on how to fix this.
