imageCLASS MF743Cdw labels printing misaligned

I have a Canon MF743cdw printer. I am using Avery Labels 5230. I have tried using the Template in Word and downloaded the Avery Template as well. The labels print WAY to the left cutting off most of the font.

How can I get these file folder labels to print centered on the label sheet?
