imageCLASS MF733Cdw Not printing from 2 cartridges


My printer will not print from 2 of the 4 cartridges (Yellow and Cyan) even after I have replaced them

It will print from all 4 if reset all of the settings and perform the initial set up.

Any advice for next steps?

There won't be a setting to turn of the cyan and yellow toner cartridge. The issue does sound like a problem with the hardware or one of the toner cartridges. We would be happy to assist with the issue.
