I have an MF634Cdw in my home. To my knowledge, I never bothered to set an admin code - it's me and my husband, there's not really a reason to. However, when I try to get into some of the settings, it requires a code that I don't have. I have tried calling customer service and given up after being on hold for literally hours without ever speaking to anyone. Is there a default code that can be entered, or a way the machine can be reset?
