imageCLASS MF731Cdw 2-sided printing causes paper jam

I have the Canon imageclass mf731cdw printer.  I LOVED this printer.  However, for the past few months, probably at least 6 months, my printer will NO LONGER print 2-sided.  When I send a print job, I get a paper jam every single time.  It was printing fine and then one day it just decided to jam and now I'm hating this printer.  Please help! What can be done to fix the problem?
