imageCLASS MF663Cdw has lost paper setting for Letter.

I have had this printer for two months with no issues at all. I have switched from Letter to No 10 Envelope with no issue. I am using Windows 11 with Canon Print Assistant version 1.0.43
However, today I printed one page using legal size paper. Since then, at the printer control panel, the selection for LETTER size paper is gone. The only choices available are LEGAL (Government), LEGAL (India), FOOLSCAP (Australia), OFICIO (Brazil), OFCIO (Mexico), 3x5 inch, STMT, EXEC, No. 10 (COM10), Monarch, A4, and A5.
I have set "LETTER" in the print job using Canon Print Assistant, and have tried both "LETTER" and "MATCH PAPER SIZE".
No matter what I choose, when I send a print job, and go to the control on the printer, the printer is waiting for me to choose one of the choices I listed above. LETTER is completely gone as a paper size.
I have also shut down the printer, turned off the UPS, turned everything back on. I have removed the paper tray, confirmed it is indeed set to LETTER, and reinserted it. I have used Canon Print Assistant to Restore Defaults.
LETTER is still missing.

Problem identified - it is tricky to scroll up or down on the control panel. As soon as you touch the panel it thinks you're selecting that item. But if you can touch it just right, it will let you scroll. Something moved LEGAL up top and LETTER down farther. Now LETTER is back top
