imageCLASS MF657Cdw Copying the ID with the border gaps on the paper

Hello,

I would like to copy my ID on a A4 Paper. I put my ID on the top right of the glass bed(just next to red arrow) and copy it. When it is printed I can not see the whole writings on the top. In other words, there are borders overlapping the image. When I scan the ID to my PC, I can see the whole image.

Is it something to be fixed or normal?

PS:I understand that MF650 series is not able to print borderless, but whati am looking for is different than bordeless printing.

Greetings,

Our 650 Series printers have the same features.  There is an ID Card Copy feature in the Application Library.
