Hello, we are having issues getting our scanner to scan double sided. Does anyone know how to get the scanner to scan both sides? The printer home page says, it is automatic double sided scanner, but we can not get it to scan both sides, without having to flip the page. Scanne/Printer Model # MF656Cdw

What application are you using to scan? (MF Scan Utility or ScanGear)?

Rick, what version of the Scan Utility are you using (and where can I find that)?  I just tried the online, most-recent version of the scan utility and there is no option for "scan both sides when scanning from the feeder" under settings for any scan-mode.  I then un-installed the most recent version and installed the Scan Utility from the CD-ROM provided - clearly a different GUI, but same result - no option for "scan both sides when scanning from the feeder" in the settings as you show in your screen shot.  I have a brand new MF656Cdw which I purchased specifically for the duplex scanning feature.
