Hello, we just purchased a MF656Cdw laser printer and it worked well printing from laptop and intermittently from mobile device. It was intermittent i believe due to the printer frequently going into sleep mode. Today, the printer does print from mobile or from laptop so i entered a timeframe to disable the sleep mode.  We looked at multiple troubleshooting ideas we found in this forum and the remote UI. We feel like there is something simple we are missing and are almost to the point of starting from scratch  with the initial setup. Any help would be appreciated. Today the printer does NOT print from mobile or laptop.

I disabled sleep mode and IP assigned no longer changed. 
According to their spec, idle power consumption is 11 Watt and iSleep mode is 0.7 Watt. So idle state uses less power than the lowest power incandescent night light.  Suggestion: disable sleep mode. PS: I don’t have admin access to the router, so static IP is not an option to me.
