I've tried repeatedly to set up ARS for my printer, and I see notification that my registration is incomplete. Whenever I try to do anything about it, I still end up with "registration incomplete." This feedback loop goes nowhere. How do I fix this?

Greetings ,
You are given the option to set up ARS when you turn the printer on for the first time. This is in addition to connecting to a network, setting a default paper type and performing a color calibration.
You can perform the enrollment after the fact too. Where are you seeing the registration incomplete message?
